I am a Licensed Psychological Associate with more than 30 years of clinical experience. I feel called to this profession and grateful for the opportunity to work with clients on issues of anxiety, depression and self-doubt and shame. I believe most of the problems people experience are caused by small or large traumas. It is an honor to accompany a client on their journey to revisit and heal from painful experiences. Beyond easing discomfort, I believe that ultimate psychological healing involves finding meaning and purpose in one’s life. I received an MA in Clinical Psychology from Trinity University and have four additional years of graduate training at the University of Tennessee. I have worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, but have been primarily in private practice for the past 25 years.
